We Help US Companies Hire Exceptional C#/.NET Talent

Goodlife Recruitment is a specialist search partner dedicated exclusively to the Microsoft ecosystem. We support high‑growth US engineering teams in hiring the C#, .NET, and Azure talent they need to build, scale, and ship world‑class software.

Where other agencies spread themselves thin across dozens of stacks, we go deep. Our focus is narrow by design — because the best engineering teams don’t need “more candidates,” they need the right ones.

Our Mission

To elevate the standard of technical recruitment in the US by delivering precision‑matched .NET engineers, faster and with more accuracy than traditional agencies.

We believe in craftsmanship — in engineering and in recruitment. That means understanding the architecture, the constraints, the roadmap, and the people behind every hire.

Why We Specialize in the Microsoft Stack

The .NET ecosystem is evolving rapidly — cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems, modern API design, Azure‑first development, and the shift toward .NET 8 and beyond.

This world requires a recruiter who speaks the language. If it’s built on C#, .NET, or Azure — we’re in our element.

What Makes Us Different

We’re Specialists, Not Generalists. We Understand Engineering, We Move Fast, We Prioritize Quality Over Volume, We Build Long‑Term Partnerships, We are Goodlife Recruitment.

Set up in the honour of the brutal murder of Brianna Ghey, the project focuses on improving mental health for young people and families through mindfulness in schools, and campaigning for safer digital spaces, including a push for a statutory ban on smartphones in schools.

More about me

Adam

Founder

I’ve spent the last seven years in tech recruitment, specialising in Software Engineering, QA, and the Microsoft ecosystem. Over that time, I’ve placed more than 100 engineers — with an average time‑to‑hire of just 14 days — by working closely with CEOs, CTOs, founders, and HR leaders who need fast, accurate results.

I built Goodlife Recruitment because I believe great engineering teams deserve a partner who understands their world. I focus on depth over volume, technical literacy over buzzwords, and long‑term fit over short‑term wins.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my partner of over ten years and our daughter, making the most of family time. And if I manage to sneak away for an hour, I’m probably on a football pitch — I’ve played and managed my Sunday league team for nearly two decades.

And for a fun twist: before recruitment, I lived in Australia and worked as a crocodile keeper in Darwin. It taught me to stay calm under pressure — a skill that turns out to be just as useful when scaling engineering teams.
